Privacy

Triple AI Certification is built for schools, families, and individual learners. We collect only what we need to run accounts, lessons, and licenses, and we do not sell learner data or show ads in the learning experience.

Who this covers

Students (usually minors), teachers, school admins, and parents/guardians who create or manage accounts on tripleaicertification.com and the Triple AI mobile apps.

What we collect

Learners: username, display name, course level, progress, and optional guardian contact for credential delivery. No student email is required for minors.
Teachers / adults: name, username, email, and school affiliation.
More-information requests: name, email, optional phone, and what you asked about (AI certification, AI, or both). We use this only to follow up. We do not sell that email.
Purchases: school Stripe subscription metadata and validated Apple/Google entitlement records on our servers. We do not store full card numbers.

What we do not do

No third-party advertising or behavioral ads in the student experience
No sale of personal information
No cross-app tracking SDKs in the learner experience
No location tracking

Schools and FERPA

When a school licenses seats, student progress may be visible to that school's teachers for instruction. Schools remain responsible for their own FERPA policies and parent notices.
